The challenge
Wise Galleria sells home improvement, garden, pet and office furniture, a large catalogue sourced from suppliers, where stock levels and pricing change constantly. Keeping the storefront accurate by hand was not sustainable.
Our approach
Beyond the storefront itself, the real work was operational. We built automated synchronisation between the supplier catalogue and the Shopify store, and an internal operations platform that brings sales, stock and workflow into one place, replacing a paid third-party subscription in the process.
