The challenge
Once a student applies, the process involves documents, deadlines and constant back-and-forth with a counsellor, historically handled over email and WhatsApp, where things get lost. EdOne needed that moved into one place.
Our approach
We built a student portal as a proper web application: applications, documents and messaging in a single authenticated system, designed to be usable on a phone by someone who has never seen it before and won’t be trained on it.
